Felting

Professionally made, beautiful, soft, delicate felted merino with alpaca, angora or possum fibre scarves. Some of the fibre is combined with silk fabric or hand dyed and hand printed silk fabric. Open ended and infinity scarves available. Louise also has some felt hats, throws and some garments and is also exploring felt wall art (felt images). Monoprints

Life drawing hones artistic drawing skills such as observation, composition, proportion, perspective, mark making, variety of lines, an understanding of the tools used and the understanding of anatomy. Louise’s continued interest in life drawing has extended into framed life drawing mono-prints on mulberry paper.

Paintings

Louise’s unique vision opens up a world of contemporary, etheric paintings which explore her colourways and images of figures in landscapes. The paintings are a variety of sizes and are done in oil and acrylic. Her life-long interest in life drawing has formed the basis for the painted figures. Upcycled Chairs
